Terms and Conditions for Businesses

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by businesses via the website.
The terms and conditions apply only to businesses and not to consumers. By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Order & order confirmation

The customer's order constitutes a non-binding request for purchase.
A purchase agreement is only formed when we have reviewed and expressly approved the order.

We reserve the right to:

  • approve orders in whole or in part
  • adjust order volumes
  • reject orders without further justification

The proforma invoice constitutes the order confirmation, is sent after approval, and represents a binding agreement between the parties.

3. Prices

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made via proforma invoice unless otherwise agreed.

The invoice must be paid before the order is processed and shipped.
If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We reserve the right, in individual cases, to offer other payment terms after a credit check.

5. Delivery

We aim for fast deliveries, normally within three working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Stock & availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.
In the event of a sell-out or stock discrepancy, we reserve the right to:

  • adjust the order
  • backorder
  • or cancel parts of the order

7. Complaints & transit damage

The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
Visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us, but no later than 5 days from receipt.

Hidden defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered, but no later than 7 days from receipt.

Variations in packaging condition do not constitute grounds for complaint.

In the event of an approved complaint, we reserve the right to primarily replace the goods and secondarily credit the corresponding amount.

8. Returns

Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages such as:

  • loss of profit
  • lost sales
  • consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the order value.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, transport problems, supplier disruptions, or similar events.

11. Disputes & applicable law

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue.
Swedish law shall apply, and any dispute shall be settled in a Swedish court.
